I seen this on another forum!.........
The mother had a string of broken marriages and several children with different fathers.She was living her life the way she wanted! At the same time her sons girlfriend was pregnant out of wedlock and would deliver on the same week! They talked of other options. The family was going through some tough times! The first mother was told early in her pregnancy that the child would have multiple birth defects and probably would not survive more than a couple of weeks at best! I'm not going to guess what was going through her mind,but she had an order to DNR (Do Not Resuscitate) if the baby stopped breathing on its own.
Last week the baby was born with all the defects and more. We call them defects because they are not what we are accustomed to nor what we would hope for. The child has 6 fingers on each hand,a cleft pallete,downs syndrome,cannot breathe on her own, and has to be fed upright or she cannot digest the formula! To top that off the baby was born premature.Other than that, I'm told the child is absolutely beautiful !!! Of course she is, after all she is a gift from God !!!
Needless to say the mother has changed the DNR order and has bought all the ventilating equipment for home so she can spend as much time as the Lord gives her with her child !!! They are now home and are going through all the sleepless nights as most families are with newborns !!!
To that, I say this child was perfect in Gods plan to perhaps save a Mom and save a family !!! She is perfect !!!
Still waiting to hear about the son's girlfriends baby !!! Praying for them also !!! God bless them and keep them all !!!
