Prayers for my sister:IM READY TO THROTTLE HER:veryangry:.....

My sister and her husband are retired now;their youngest son lives with them-And therein lies the problem.He is in is mid-30s;and got WAY DEEP into trouble with plastic money-to the tune of some $40 grand.This was a few years ago,old news-He filed for chapter whatever it is to get out from under the debt.I ASSUMED that was the end-WELL,ya know what they say about assuming...TODAY;my sister informed me that now her son has a job;she asked him if he could start paying on the TWO credit cards her and her husband are paying on(YES,they are in THE SON'S NAME)-she also told me they are payin his Blue Cross,car insurance,etc...WHY???you ask?-My sister's answer::"I JUST HATE TO SEE MY SONS(she has 2) struggle financially"-Her oldest son did the same thing to her.....WHILE MY sister and her husband are on a fixed income now,and well over HALF they got to live on goes to her son's irresponsibility.I asked her- Just HOW MUCH does he owe on those 2 cards you are payin for??"$20,000.00";she said..OH YEAH:His answer to his mother on payin for them cards that are in his name,and the parents are payin for??"We'll see"........PLEASE PRAY for my sister and the mess she has created by being a nice guy to her kids.OH YEAH:ONE MORE NOTE:They still owe over $125,000.00 on their home,and they are retired......:veryangry:

May God in Jesus' blessed name give them and their sons knowledge and godly wisdom on how to live their lives and pay off their debts and not accumulate more debt! Your sister is ruining the lives of all her sons by giving into them and paying for what they, themselves, should be paying for! If the cards are in the names of the son(s) then they aren't liable for their debts! Let them go under and lose what they have and that will teach them a lesson, though a hard one...it will do them good in the long run! If your sister and her husband lose their home....then that will teach her a lesson, too! Sometimes God uses a 2X4 to get their attention and then they cry out to Him for salvation and mercy, as He changes their hearts and ways!

Prayers for them all....for them to see the light of Jesus and gain ground with Him and not serve satan to go farther in debt...for when we owe any debt, we are subject to being slaves to satan through those we owe money to and I am one of them, but God knows my heart and all about everything and WHY I ended owing a debt which, right now, is difficult to pay, but I am managing, for a Christian should pay their debts regardless of how they got in debt! I have some of these in my family also and the truth is..... they don't have any understanding of what TRUE LOVE is. If they did, they'd put these kids out on the street with all their bills and tell them to make it for themselves.

It is time to make the "kids" grow up and take responsibility. My goodness, mid 30's and still sponging off mom and dad? If they let him do it, it is as much their fault as his. We can love our kids but we must love them enough to suffer the consequences of their decisions. My oldest son is in his 30's and there was a time I had to tell him like it is. He shaped up and is now a responsible man with a family.
