Prayers needed for Casey...

she informed us she is moving out with her 'man who she loves' and is 'intentionally pregnant'. Pray for her and any child to be born, if any..she lies so much no one knows the truth but God, that they will be protected against evil. Build up a fortress of prayers around her against which no enemy can prevail against. Pray too for the onewho she is running to. Pray for her Mom as she is taking this hard.

She's 17, the guy is 19 and already has a 3 or 4 month old baby living with its - maybe - 15 or 16 year old mother.

Praying for all of you and especially Casey and Sherry! I know the pain, as my Tami married a guy like that who had a child by another young woman that he wasn't allowed to see! Tami and he divorced after he was so mean to her and her boys (my grandsons)! She had to keep where she was hidden or he would have found her and sweet talked her into coming back to him! He married another young woman who had a son by him and he shook the baby too many times or hit him and he passed away at 3 months! He is in jail now!

If you can possibly at all keep her away from this guy, whether pregnant or not, you will save yourselves a lot of pain and disappointments! I can tell you without a doubt he is not a good person and they will not get along sooner or later!

My prayers for her to not be with him and to see the whole situation as it is, for him and her to be saved and filled with God's Holy Spirit for each hearts to be changed and live a godly life and for Sherry to be comforted and led of the Lord to know what to say that will get Casey's attention before she gets into a situation she will wish she had never gotten into! And for you, Pete, to know how to pray and what to say to comfort and ease Shrerry's pain! Amen!

I been through a lot with my daughter, Tami, so I really do understand!

lies, lies and more lies...

The 19 year old suddenly grew to be 23. Did something stupid back in 2001 (remember 9/11/2001?) he got upset and because a girlfriend made a comment he didn't like...he was trying to blow up a propane tank company here in out little town...wise decision...not! So his timing really was poor and his decision making was...weak?

Anyway, I won't go into all the negatives...

OK here is the results of your prayers and the prayers of others:

It appears Casey is not pregnant after all

She still wants to move out and will with our blessing

Her 19 or 23 or ??? guy proposed to her last night in the living room, in front of Casey's Mom. Gave her a ring and all...one knee. He is pretty happy.

They say they will be getting a license and getting hitched by the end of the week...through a justice of the peace...not through a church.

They will be husband and wife and they can do what they want. If they lie to each other as much as Casey has lied to us over the past 5 years...it won't last.

So instead of the way Casey planned on leaving and breaking her Mom's heart... well any worse than she already did yesterday morning, she will be wed and leave and be able to come back to visit, etc. and her 'guy' will be welcome here as well. (And I won't have to call the police to escort him off the property like yesterday

Thanks for the prayers all. Now I have to go work on my attitude. I still am upset with her, her 'guy', etc.
(That is what the lies, lies, lies part is about...the anger that neither of them have been honest).

Oh yeah, he said he would take Casey to a local church.

Maybe there is still hope....OK so as long as there is the Lord...there is still hope. Amen? Amen!

I still need a job to help keep the bills paid even after Casey leaves...and winter will be here too soon for me. Her seasonal job will end too so times could be tight. Will be out putting out more apps and resumes in the next few days and weeks.

I am thinking on selling my water detector. If ya hear of anyone interested, have them PM me.

its the Tesoro Stingray I bought from Al - like about a year and a half ago...used it a few times. Just don't think I will be hitting the water...GOT to get a job - first priority. Has the 8 inch coil (not-interchangeable like the Tiger Shark). Al can tell ya all about the Stingray - history etc.
