MAGIC MATT-Your prizes are in the mail,as I write this!!Another bit of good news:I forgot to mention I got a call from my 3rd shift foreman over the weekend-I thought he was gonna tell me I had to work 10 hour shifts,like everybody else in my Dept.;but NO!!!
He asked me if Human Resources at out Co.contacted me,I said no,he said"THAT figures-Well,anyway,you are to report back to work to SECOND shift Tuesday,Sept.9th".Thats the shift I was on when I got booted to 3rd-NOW I can FINALLY get some sleep at night like regular people-The shift is 3PM to11PM-BEST PART??Now I only have to put up with that security guard that thinks he's God's gift to the world for only 1 hour,instead of all night when I was on 3rd.You ought to hear him-He thinks women are 3rd or 4th class people;they are all here just to submit to TOTAL OBEDIENCE to man.Interestingly enough;the man lived at home till both his parents died-He is 46 now,he inherited the house-and he admits his mother took care of
EVERYTHING in his life till she died-3 years ago...Recently,his water softener tank sprung a leak;and he was totally clueless on what to do-Has no practical common sense,cause his parents had control of it all...I told him just by-pass the leaking tank;he saidHOW DO I DO THAT??In the end;he finally hired a neighbor to by pass it with some rubber hose and a couple clamps-and he charged him 40 or 50 bucks to do it.He always walks around the plant,sayin"I am the man";and other ridiculous sayings....Just before vacation,he overstepped the line with me-I got up to go back to work after break,and he pipes up and says"I DIDNT GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO LEAVE!!"....I told him I was sick of hearing his crap;and "keep it to yourself from now on-I dont want to hear it"....Irritating,to say the least.....
