Pro pointer broke / now repaired

Mine malfunctioned, so called Garrett, got repair number, sent it in, 15 days later, recieved repaired pointer, they replaced everything but the end cap, and called it a repair, so i actually got an all new unit, GREAT FOLK down there in Texas, and all covered by warrantygarrett::

Curious, was this still under it's original warranty when you contacted them? They told me to send them $21.50 to just look at it out of warranty. I question companies that run things two different ways. I have a friend that got his out of warranty and having problems fixed for free.

Good to hear from you Bugar I kind of figured you were still using the Scorp! You should start posting Scorp finds on this forum.
