Problem with simplex screen headphones

Just got my new simplex today software version 2.68 having a problem with the headphones with the headphones off the targets are loud and crisp when I turn the headphones on the targets are all staticy and broken sounding and even in the air tests anybody know what the problem could be

Poor connection (at the jack or broken wire) if using wired HP. If using wireless HP, try doing a hard reset. If that doesn’t work it’s time to email Nokta/Makro. Good luck!

Let's try linking up with my blue headphones from my Multi Kruzer and see if they work better....

They do work on the simplex rich sound is great don't know whats with the green headphones

Nokta/ makro did not get back to me yet about the problem.

Sounds like bad headphones. Try calling the repair center after 10 AM EST tomorrow, Van should get you fixed up in no time.
