Proper Battery Care... *Discharging & Charging

I interested in finding out what's best way to keep your battery in top shape.."Charge-wise"

Is it best to Completely drain the battery every once in awhile "monthly" then Fully charge?

if so... What the best way to deplete the charge..

should you just turn on the machine as it's lying across a table or the edge of a bed... icon_scratch

As far as I know the Newer batteries don't have a memory to them... and I was informed awhile back that the batteries really didn't need to be completely discharged before being freshly charged...

But I wonder about this..

What your take on this?

Check this site on Battery care. I see no difference if you let the machine run till the battery dies using it, or letting it sit in a corner. My batteries lasted about 18 months before I had to replace them. Good Luck and HH
