Quattro depth

Member
What sort of depth can I expect on a 1 inch copper/silver coin on the beach using the Quattro standard coil

With the quattro in all metal mode and on max sensitivity I have dug coins well past 12 inches, some large copper pennies were several inches deeper, the very deep coins will often give -3,-2,-1 on the meter and give only a tiny rise of the bar-graphs in pinpoint mode,I would say my record depth was a cartwheel penny at 18+ inches,it originally gave -3 on the meter until I got it to the surface!
