Question about Sovereign XS-2A Pro

I just bought a used Sovereign XS-2A Pro and I should receive it in a few days and I have a question about it. I know that it doesn't have a ground balance knob on it. So how does one go about and adjust it to the ground. Do I set the threshold and the sensitivity until it doesn't false anymore and then it will be ground balanced. My other machines are have a preset ground balance. So I have a few questions. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Here's a link to some Sovereign info:

Hope this helps,

Sovs don't have a ground balance.
BBS looks at the dirt response at different freqs to identify dirt. The dirt is then ignored and anything different (metal responds differently at different freqs) will be identified as metal.
This is my understanding of how it works. No ground balance is used or needed.

Yes, you keep the sensitivity low enough that it does not null out or false when there is no metal present. You also use a slow sweep speed.
