Question about the arm band for the controller

Can anyone tell me if you can operate the controller from out side the arm band? I have a cheap one but the plastic is so thick you can't push the buttons. Is the face silicone ?

want to purchase a good one but hope the xp deus accessories are made to work with the controller.

Go to the hardware store and get a package of the silicon cabinet door bumpers and affix them to the buttons of the controller.
Then you will be able to push the buttons through the cover.

That helps but before i buy an xp deus arm band i would like to know if it is any better than the one i have now.

I use mine all the time. With the silicone buttons that HuntinDog mentioned, it is very easy to work the controller.

you can find those type of arm bands on Ebay for pennies compared to anywhere else.
