When I push and hold the power button to restore the factory settings it just turns off. When I open the menu, only Display,Select ,Audio and Options come on. The Save and Settings are blank and the buttons don't work.I've tried removing the battery when it's turned on and that doesn't help.Any suggestions?Thank you Jerry(in Madera)

I also put new batteries in it and checked the connections. The machine works fine I just can't make some adjustments???Thanks again,Jerry

Jerry , When you press the menu button you get the four menu tags, Display ,Select ,Audio, and Options. Then you must click option tag next ,to open the advanced and quick tags. Than press the advanced , then press menu again once you are in advanced mode to get the two extra tags for save and settings. I'm very new to the EX 2 , but I think this is right . If you already did this ,and it didnt work, then pardon me ,....
