New member
Dave, This is a winter project i have been working on a concentric coil for my
Troy X5 VLF detector for a long time. All the coils that i have made work,by
matching stock TX and RX induction.Made a lot-of bucking coils, best bucking
coil 20mf. The problem is I cannot fine-tune coil to get max dept.
This question might help others.
After useing right TX and RX and BC coil can you give me 4 or5 nugets what to
do next to fine- tune X5 concentric coil.
I opeaned my 7'' X5 coil, its covered over with black epoxy there is no caps or
any pre-amp.
Thanks Frank-S
