I was asking Terry Crenshaw and Bill about the use of the freq. knob and what metals are best sensitive to the other settings than just the 12 o'clock to 5 o'clock settings. Like what does the machine like best when the freq. is set on the 9 o'clock or just above the battery test position? Terry preference is to find gold and he really has never considered the CS7 for other than that. He said I would have to ask Eric Foster what he had in mind when he built the CS7 detector for those other freq. adjustments. So I am asking. Thanks for your time on this...Frank
