Question on coils

Question on the coils . If you did a 8" sun ray v/s a 5x6 butterfly coil would that do the same. Like how it work it the trash and the depth. Either coil should do the same??? What do you think.

My best guess:

Three targets under the coil 6X8 better, two targets under the coil 8" SunRay DD better.

The 6X8 will give a tad bit better separation in heavy trash.

Depth depends on coil quality, if both same company then depth should be comparable.

Call SunRay and ask them?

i have the 6x8 but haven't used it yet. everything i have read says its a great target separator with little loss of depth.
