I am planning a beach hunt in the near future on Floridas beaches. Are there any types of permit required to use a metal detector on the beaches in Florida?
 
Most public beaches are ok. State/county beach Parks you should ask, some require a permit. East coast is more strict than West when it comes to detecting on the beach or in the water. GL
 
Thanks, I was thinking of going to ST.George Island with my travel trailer.
