I have been playing with the all metal. What is a good setting in the all metal and can you GB in disc. and when you put it in all metal use that GB??? Thanks
 
You should ground balance in each mode, (ie: All metal and disc) from what I understand. All metal setting stands on it's own and isn't affected by settings, except for sensitivity. Set it as high as you can and still operate at a stable level.
