The other Explorer Series Minelabs. I try and keep track of finds and depths when their posted..I'm just not seeing the same depths or same amount of Old Silver Finds as Posted up in the Explorer forum... ????????????? Thanks all who respond.

My question is asked as I have the chance to trade for a Safari, or an Older EXP II even up for a machine I have.

I have to say absolutely... YES !! And I beleive it has to do with the pro coil itself......I've been over areas this yr that I've hunted with my old explorer xs yrs past, and many, many wheats, injuns and of coarse silver ( barbers and mercs ).. are being found in quantities and at good depths ( 7-10 ) inches

BUT

I do like the target id system much better on the explorer II and xs then on the safari..... Maybe get the II and put the pro coil on it.. That should be a killer combo..
