Question? Straight Shaft verses Stock S shaft:shrug:

I have a question about the straight shaft for metal detectors are they worth the money and if they are so good why doesn't Garrett sell them?

I guess it's really just a personal preference. The original Sea Hunter was made with a straight shaft. I use the stock "S" shaft for my machines. I have an old (VLF) Sea Hunter with straight shaft. I've tried using the MKII and LS on that old straight shaft, just for the heck of it, but I normally always use the stock "S" shaft. I like it just fine.:detecting:Happy Hunting:)
