i have a quik silver. I have found a lot of things with it . also have a white it dosnt come close to my bounty hunter .

I have a Time Ranger,Land Star,Lone Star,3300 and White's Spectrum. Fell into the Tejon hype, just sold it because it did not come close to any of the Bounty Hunters in my ground. 20 years of detecting,Yes... I know what I'm doing with a detector.I use what works in my ground. Bounty Hunters remind me a lot of the old Compass "Coin Scanner" detectors.

I started with a Pioneer Ex, added an 8"coil to make it identical to the Quick Silver. The main problems were no headphone jack and no manual controls. Just bought a Lone Star and it seems to be just what I was looking for. Quick Silver is a good machine but now is my backup.
