Rain, rain go away!

So y'all, we REALLY needed rain. Have had an unusually dry spring so far....until yesterday. We are at 6 inches of rainfall and another 4-6 possible. Severe, flash flooding is going on....it just a terrible mess. My personal He-Man (7centsworth), just had to get out earlier and check the roads...probably a mistake. We made it home, but it was heartbreaking to see the damage. People have literally had drive ways completely demolished. Lateral lines are backing up....UGH! GOD is so powerful and this storm just drove that home. Please pray for all the people in our area. DK...you are probably getting some of this too...no? Be SAFE!

We got some but not nearly what you guys got. Praying for the folks down there.

Sorry to hear about all the rain and damages! Flood waters are powerful and wash away lots of roads and etc. My cousin, Lois, lives in Southaven, Miss....a suburb of Memphis, TN...were dry too most of the Spring and now there is plenty of water, with all the rain they, also, have been getting! Memphis has been undated with rain and water from what I've heard and read! Haven't been flooded since the 70's and it had rained so much in just a few hours like it has this time! Really sad for those without homes or loss of relatives and friends! I praise God that, although we got lots of rain in the St. Louis City and County areas, where I live isn't suffering from flooding...not my house any way, for I am blessed to not have my basement flooding every time the sewers overflow and back up in some basements! I haven't been down stairs, so there could be some water but shouldn't be a lot, as I've had plenty of work done on my house to prevent the water coming in like it used to do!

Dear Lord, please be with all the people in flooded cities and states and be merciful to those who have lost loved ones and their homes and etc. Help them to be back to having a home or place to live really soon, and give them Your peace and comfort along with Your healing virtue for the sick and injured! Amen! Praise God and Thank You, Jesus, for answered prayers according to Your timing and Your plan for each of Your Children! Amen! Ma Betty
