I did not mean to get anything started with my questions or do I question anyone's knowledge or skills. I shall fade away to the other forum and do appreciate the responses.

Have a great remaining Thanksgiving weekend.

detecting buddies find seveal gold rings in one hunt and then one has to fade that action when they go to the beach

so u must hang around

hang around! keep posting! we all are still finding out more about our machines, even after having a sovereign, excal & explorer for 8 years or more now. sometimes our experiences differ from others

Thanks, I was saying I don't want to pull this off of the good posts that I often read on the forum. I tend to be a tech type and can get carried away with that side of the hobby.

Come on now Cody. Their are plenty of us on this forum that really appreciate your input, technical or not. It does not matter. You add a whole different dimention to the Questions asked and there are those of us that want to hear what you have to say. Please stick around. Your input is of value. Jim P.

As a newbie I enjoy reading all the post. Some are very techy but I read them all. I think the banter between the pros and the techies are what makes it interesting/entertaining. Keep it up

Cody,

I don't think you offended anyone. I know you didn't offend me. There's nothing wrong with questioning how a person arrived at that conclusion. I think some people learn by having the technical side explained and some learn by getting their fingers dirty... ;) I can understand you questioning the nulling post especially since you've never experienced it. But, there are definitely people that post on this forum that I have always listened to when they post especially since their site 'problems' sound alot like mine. Jim upstate NY and Charles (Upstate NY) have always had my attention. There's definitely alot more experienced Explorer users I haven't mentioned who pointed me in the right direction several years ago. The St. Louis crowd always had alot of experienced Explorer users willing to help. Keep your questions coming so the newbies and not so newbies learn from discussions. No bowing out is allowed!!! ;)
