Rat tails-- Take a Jalapeno pepper cut it down one side and gut it.
Leave the stem on it.
Fill with Colby or Cream cheese. I both way. or with both cheeses
Wrap it in a good lean Beacon.
Dillo eggs
Take a Jalapeno pepper cut the stem out and gut.
Fill with Colby jack and or cream cheese
Wrap in a good lean breakfast sausage we Jimmy Dean's
Coat heavy with dried bread crumbs.
Lay on a pie pan to a cookie sheet depends
on how many you cook. Patty only cooked 12 each to today
Leave the stem on it.
Fill with Colby or Cream cheese. I both way. or with both cheeses
