Some finds from my latest hunt at the churchyard described in previous postings.
1850 Large Cent
1888 Indian Head Cent
1936 Buffalo Nickel
1903 Barber Half
1943 War Nickel
1926 Merc Dime
All found between 3-6 inches. Pretty good layer of topsoil with a mixture of clay shale underneath. With all the rain we've been having, getting to 'em has been a snap.
