Re-boxing an F75

f75usr

New member
Could someone provide a picture of an F75 still in the box? I want to send mine in for the upgrade and I don't know how to put it back in the box. Thanks.

The coil goes in from the bottom and the tab stick up through the cardboard and you put the bolt through the cardboard and tabs to hold it. The rods come apart and one goes into each side of the cardboard liner, slides into them. The mail unit lies lines up on the cut out area. The cardboard can be put in turned around, so check the foam blocks and make sure they are actually holding something down. Don't have a photo, hope this helps.

I saved this picture because I too might need it one day.

Also, just a tip... when you buy a detector save both the detector box and the outer box. If the detector wasn't shipped to you, ask your dealer to give you the outer box that it came in or another one like it. If you ever have to ship it in for repair or sell it you will need both the Detector box and the outer box. You can always make an outer box but having the original really makes things easier.
