I didn't really find any silver, as I arrived after work in the morning and it was already 10:45 AM, got to hunt for only a total of 2 hours before I had to leave and get some sleep for that nights shift. I work 12 and 1/2 hour shift at our print shop, and I also doing back ups for our complete data computer systems for our part of the hospital.

Now, here is the all important question concerning Ricardo receiving a summons for digging a a well manicured lawn... Your opinions please... As a Ranger, would you consider this area a well manicured lawn as the descriptive rules outlined in our permits?

This is the repaired hole that was dug... nice cover job of the plug, don't you agree? I nice 1940 Washington Quarter was dug by Ric... and I had received a few other silver signals in the surrounding area....

well manicured?? someone needs to hand that Ranger a dictionary so that he/she can look up the words "well" and "manicured".

I can just about see the area of the dug hole and only because the dirt is a darker color

A great time for sure! That spot you showed looked ok to me. Maybe the ranger needed to make his quota?

That area of the park doesn't look like a well manicured lawn to me! Looks like areas in parks here where detecting is done without any problem! But because of goof-balls digging big holes and/or leaving them uncovered and jealous people who think you're ruining the whole park or grounds, the rangers are stopping in them more and more! The bad apples spoil the whole barrell for everyone! Nice job of covering the hole and since the dug dirt is darker that is the reason it can be seen at all!

I think permits would help, and if one of the detectorists with a permit wasn't being careful then outlaw that one from there again! Oh well, you cannot please everyone, so just please God and do good to the people and our planet Earth!
