RE-POSTING: Continuing the snake subject......

Are you from Rockford? Isn't that down close to Montgomery? I'm waaay northeast of Rockford (or Montgomery). I haven't clicked on your link yet, but I plan to do so shortly. Thanks for sharing.

Just finished reading your blog about the rattle snakes being killed at the hunting club. Sorry, David, I have to side with the people that killed the snakes. In MY opinion, the only good snake is a DEAD one (poisonous OR nonpoisonous), and once it's dead, get rid of it - QUICK. I had rather deal with setting a mouse trap (if I needed one) than to have a snake ANYWHERE near me, my house, or even on my land. We have a lot of snakes and do our part to kill all we can possibly kill. Doesn't seem to thin out the population much at all. I wish there was someway of getting rid of them altogether. We'll just have to agree to disagree on this one.

Oh yes i agree, i kill them for sure. I live in close to Sylacauga and work in Childersburg. I live just over in the cossa county line and have to buy my tags and sutff in Rockford. I am suppost to MD in Rockford this weekend with a buddy with hopes of finding something good....

Hi David, I hope you get to go :detecting: and find lots of nice goodies, but watch out for those slithery creatures....called snakes! May God Bless! Ma Betty

Hi Lisa, You may have to dig up ST. Patrick's body and and have Jesus bring him back to life for chasing all the snakes out of Alabama, for I've heard he chased all the snakes out of Ireland....BUT.....don't chase them into Missouri.....as I don't want them here either! :rage:  May God Bless and keep you safe from those sneaky in the grass crawly things! Amen! Ma Betty
