Most junk rings are kiddy rings also know as junk metal. It depends on what we have to do with them? I think most of us have dug small junkers! <img src="/metal/html/smile.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt="

finding rings (and everything else for that matter).
To me, I'm already a winner and need not even enter.
Others may not be as fortunate to have both quality and size. Do we want everyone to participate then we would have to include so called junk metal rings.
If we want to just make it quality (gold or silver or even some other thing like platinum or titanium) and size we will have some who cannot enter.
I'd like to see that all can enter to see who has the smallest ring - regardless of quality. Quality is nice but not nice enough to make someone feel the outcast because he or she hasn't yet found a quality and small size ring.
Just my opinion.
(I know and all ya wanted was a yes or no answer. The wife gets mad at me for giving long answers to her yes or no questions too <img src="/metal/html/lol.gif" border=0 width=15 height=15 alt=":lol"> )
