Real good hunt

Well a 1/2 Reale good hunt . The funny thing was silver has been a little slow this year so i said to self,
only dig 70s # for silver . First good target hit 68 on ID and i could not pass . Good thing cause its a first
and oldest silver 1806 and some other goodies Large Canadian Cent.

I'd say that's a real good hunt...Congrats!

And a good reminder that old coins will quite often ID lower than their same metal newer counterparts

Thanks , The reason for the lower ID is the mass/ size of the coin is very small.
I would guess it to be half the mass of a Barber dime thus dropping the ID down the scale.
The ID of 68 put it in the pre zinc penny range, but the site was to old to pass it by.
