I have a M6 which I really like for a quick hunt. I want to purchased another machine that has more
than one frequency and this leaves me with the Minelab Safari or the Whites.

I have the Whites V3 the last version and was not happy with the way the machine acted.
I think the new version is going to be much better.

My style of hunting is coin and jewelry and plan to also do a little beach hunting.

Looking for a stable user friendly machine. What would you buy ?

sorry i have 2 whites this is my first safari and i love it I'm getting used to it but it loves coins and i found a nice silver bracelet in the park 5 inches down 2ND hit of the day great machine especially for coins

Hi .... Thanks for your response.

I think that I am going to lean towards the Sovergn GT,
Something about dials that I like.

well i bought on line and they are great they left out headphones and i called spoke with someone right away and they shipped them that day and said feel free to call for anything they a great Kellico i think but they are very easy to call

buy the safari - bot much logic in buying an inferior machine due to speculating which has better customer support AFTER an IF you have a problem - which is unlikely

Have had my safari about a month now and I'm getting more comfortable with it. The pinpointing is right on, as I hunt mostly in coin/jewelry. As was suggested in previous threads, using a slower, methodical search w/Safari works best compared to my BH land star. Don't really need to pinpoint on the beach as much I do on land. Really love that sweet sound with a TID of 38 -for all quarters -silver and clad ( '19 SLQ & '52 Wash) and also some dimes. Kellyco service overall is good, except I'm still waiting on dust cover.
