Recommendations for SE compact coil?

SpecialFarces

New member
I just purchased an SE. I want to use it in fields, heavily wooded, brushy areas where as the standard 10" coil is too big. I have looked at several more compact coils on-line (5"-4"). Any recommendations for a more compact coil for this unit would be greatly appreciated.

ALthough I've had the SE for only 6 weeks or so, I got the 6" DD coil and it's doing great for me. In a weedy area , I worked around, in and out of the weeds, and hit 2 silver Roosevelts and 3 wheaties in one dig!

She was playin' my favorite song! I'd buy it again!

I have the Sunray X-5 and the Coiltek Joey. The Joey is my main use coil. It is lighter than the stock coil and at 5x10 it good for separation and does not fall far short in the depth department. The X-5 does not cover much ground but is good in really cluttered sights.
