Red Skelton Pledge:usaflag:

With my Computer being so slow, I didn't watch this Video but I have seen others! God Bless Red Skeleton for being a true red-blooded American citizen with Common Sense! God Bless! Betty

Red Skelton was a fantastic man.

A long long time ago, our Pastor was once a youth pastor at a church in a city where Red Skelton was performing, I believe over in Hollywood. One of the members of the Church worked at the theater where Mr. Skelton was performing and got a bunch of free tickets to one of his shows, which he gave to the youth pastor to take his youth group. He told our pastor he would see if Mr. Skelton would allow the youth group to come back stage after the show and meet him.

Before the show started the church member came out and told our pastor; "After the show go outside in the back and wait by the stage door, I'll come and get you and the kids". When the show was over they were waiting as told and the church member came out and told our pastor; "Just wait here and Mr. Skelton said he will come out and say hi to the kids." Our pastor says he and all the teenagers were waiting patiently when all of a sudden a Gold Rolls Royce (spelling?) came slowly up the alley to the stage door and stopped. Out jumps Mr. Skelton all dressed in a full length fur coat and a hands full of photos, which he signed for each of the kids. Our pastor said it was totally amazing, he says Mr. Skelton spent at least 45 minutes talking to his kids and just having fun with them, he even let them sit in his car, and just had a good time socialising with the kids. Our pastor said he remembers when thanking Mr. Skelton for his kindness Red said; " Hey, my pleasure. These kids are our future, .... there is nothing more important than this."

Our pastor says to this day it was one of the neatest memories of his life, and he just thinks the world of Red Skelton.

GOD Gless Red Skelton.

What an experience Zectron for him and his youth group....I'm sure none of those youth will ever forget their meeting Red Skeleton and his love for them, through Christ's love within him! Many blessings indeed! God Bless! Betty
