RELIC HUNTING COILS FOR THE XTERRA 705

I have used the 18.75 10.5DD for over 10 years on my X-Terras, even in iron trash, it finds the goods well. When I go to a site, I look for the square nails and hunker down and dig.

My deepest bullet dug was with a 9 inch 18.75 khz coil. I like the one moniker mentioned also. I also used a Nel hunter coil a bunch also. Something I learned when relic hunting with the xterra was dig those deep faint -8 signals. I can’t tell you how many of those were deep lead.

yes the 5x10 18.75 khz has been a good coil i was wondering if the 10.5 inch 7.5 khz would be better on depth
I bought a used 5 x 10 coil a couple years ago and used it in dry sand at the beach and it was nice and light, but the main coil I used for coins and relics was the 10.5” 7.5khz DD coil. With that said it is heavier than the 5 x 10 and stock coil if that is an issue with you.

When you get it, it will feel more nose heavy. If you turn it around so that the attachment is in front of the center point of the coil it will balance much better.
