Repair question..

Have a real nice Eagle 11 S/L 90 and the box has become loose from the shaft..In mid season not about to take part. Are these rivetted or screwed together..Right now an easy fix as I have wedged a match pack underneath...My question and I have the tools and have opened boxes before can this be tightened at home or is it a job for the factory..Any input appreciated....

Hey Dan, the box is riveted on the handle. I'm not sure what size they are but I believe the factory keeps them in stock.

Dan, the box is riveted using aluminium rivets. It's a fairly easy fix. But when you replace them, use stainless steel rivets, they are much stronger, and then put a little silicon sealer over them to keep out water. Hope this helps. Jeff
