Individual sellers may post their normal unwanted detectors, or accessories in assigned classified forums, but they cannot exceed (1) one item in a (3) three month period for each classified forum.
Only For Sale, For Trade, or Wanted to Buy ads are allowed.
Only Forum Members Registered for 90 days or longer that have more than 24 significant posts in our other forums, may post For Sale or Trade ads.

because im sueing him and filing criminal charges against him...this guy is a crook....he ripped me off....it would do everyone well to just stay away from this guy..

As part of your lawsuit I'd want to find out exactly what he did with that Excal?! I'm real curious if it was sold, used for parts, or so on. Make sure he has to explain and prove what happened to it. It might be sitting in his basement right now and you can still get it back. Do you have the serial #?
One would think he'd be willing to give you some money you can both agree upon to make up for the difference in condition of that machine versus the one he gave you. That would seem like a fair compromise to me. Not wanting to do business anymore makes me wonder if anything else is going on?
I have yet to read your initial thread but am going to print it out and read now. I'm real curious how all this came about and what excuses or reasons (if any) he gave you for switching machines.

Exactly. Why the road block here if it was an honest mistake or something? WHERE IS THAT MACHINE? Threaten him to even up with some money, your machine, or one in equal shape or you will go ahead with the lawsuit and also smearing his name on ALL the forums. I bet he'll sign a different tune once he knows what he's in for. The guy I had a problem with did.

Sorry' but exactly how do you know this? No names required of course, but you sure know a lot if you know what his lawyer told him..........
