Replacement cable for a 'Cuda

Use good grade coax cable.

I doubt that you will be able to replace the coil cable. You may be able to make a connection near where it goes into the coil with some type of coax connector ????

Good luck on your repairs. Worse comes to worse, a Whites Surfmaster PI coil should work.
