Hi Y'all, I've been there and dun it before and have not yet found a company that makes a comfortable heavy duty(thicker) foam replacement headphone ear pad. I hope I am wrong and have just been looking in the wrong places not to have found any. I have a new pair of Koss TD 81s' (bought them years ago) that I refuse to wear until I can put some comfortable pads on them. I bought new "Koss" replacements for my other 81's that had a "flat" (air inflated) and they are as uncomfortable as the original pads. Just thought I would throw that out there to see if anything new in the ear pad world has happened. Thanks Y'all , and HH! Charlie
