Thank you, Martin, & so true Mike Chicago area! My mind is working in what I should do to get my home cleaned and my flower beds taken care of for beautiful, blooming flowers this fall, but my body doesn't co-operate and give me the strength and power to do it! I may not have rested enough when younger, by raising my children, keeping the house clean and working in a job that my ex always wanted me to do; therefore, I am paying the consequences! No one can burn the candle at both ends and have enough candle to use for more light with the body having no energy! Be aware everyone, that rest and enough sleep while young and middle age is beneficial for better health and energy when older! It doesn't pay in the long run, to work, have fun and be up day and night! Nothing is worth it to be suffering in the end.....even refusing to accept Jesus and obey Him like the Word of God says! No rest for the wicked who refuse to believe in Him and escape the fires of a burning lake where all sinners shall be cast who die in their sins before believing in Jesus and changing their ways of living!
The second death is the Lake of Fire with punishments of torture and torment forever......for the souls of mankind never die and either dwell in Heaven or in the fiery flames where there is complete darkness without God's Holy Spirit being the comforter for He will not be there and only with God's faithful saints, eternally!
I hope none of us will go into this terrible place because of listening to satan's lies and not answering Jesus' call to come unto Me, you who are lost and undone to be forgiven by confession and by My precious blood cleansing from all sins! Amen!

Interesting post, Martin. Isn't it amazing how complete GOD's love for us is? It is so obvious how GOD cares about us and desires the best for us in every way. He gives us the tools, through his word, to be satisfied completely-physically, mentally and emotionally. Not only does he give us instruction on physical rest, but he also provides rest thru salvation. As Christians, we can rest knowing we don't have to bear the burden of sin and bad conscience! Our eternal rest continues in heaven...Woohoo!
