Retirement Day Finds

Nice going on the AG ring Hot Rod Z!! And that kangaroo pin is cool looking, hope you get an ID on it.

Can't bear it... Retirement is a ways off.

The pin probably comes from the purchase by Australia of F-18's, some kinda commemorative piece.

Nice finds. Like the ring. It's good to get out if just for a little while. I planned a 5 hour hunt today at the river, but only got 2 hours before I had to leave. Didn't find much, but really enjoyed myself.

That's the symbol of the Aussie AF, one of the many operators of the F/A-18 Hornet.
There probably a pin like that for every nation that flies them.

Thanks for the ID on the pin. It would be cool to see the other F/A-18 pins.

PS
The center background should be white - is has turned a dingy yellow from exposure.
