reverse discrimination?

I think it means you hunt in all metal mode. Then after a hit you switch to discriminate and if it nulls it's iron. Move on don't dig.
 
Thats exactly right wave. I have been teaching myself to use my detector in all metal mode lately and have had decent results. You should check out Old Beech Nuts videos as he hunts in reverse most of the time. It takes some getting used to and it's not for every beach but you can very often find targets deeper than your discriminate will allow.
