First post on this forum from a "soon to be" Etrac owner.
After much deliberation, I decided to order a new Etrac last night, and placed the order through Richard at Backwoods Detectors. I ordered through Richard largely based on the positive comments I had seen about him on the findmall forums. He emailed me this morning and apologized because the detector wasn't in stock and was on backorder with a wait of about two weeks before he expected to get a shipment from Minelab. Well he just sent me another email with some good news. He called Minelab and went to bat for me and they are sending one to him today! Now that's what I call concern for a customer. I can see now why Richard is recommended so highly.
