Rings for Sale

Hello fellow hunters:

I have a general question for everyone... I want opinions on the best way to sell some Gold and Plat rings. Some of the rings have nice stones in them confirmed by a jeweler. I took roughly over a half pound of gold rings, mostly 14kt along with a nice PLAT ring weighing over 1/2 ounce to a high end jewelry shop and he wanted to give me $336.60 for everything, I about had to pick my ears up off the floor and reattach them, that was after I stopped laughing. Any and all opinions and thoughts are welcome here, do not hold back any ideas.

with descriptions and I might be interseted in some of them. I am also looking to buy silver coins (1964 or before) at five times face. Thanks

This place was recommended to me. They pay 94% of the price of gold on the day they complete your order. No other fees.

You could of course try eBay. Me, I've sold hundreds of dollars worth of jewelry in the last two years at my work. See, I hunt the beach all summer long every Friday and Saturday night/AM at the low tide and then it's always "show-and-tell" Monday at work. And after a while a lot of the ladies were like "Well how much do you want for THIS and how much for THAT..." and I would say "I don't know, that's maybe a $300+ ring or so...I guess I'll take $75 for it..." and give them a great deal and me a great deal too. After my wife and daughter take what they like, the rest is icing on the cake. I can't take it with me, right? The last two years around Christmas I brought my ring cases in and whatever else I had and just kind of let the word out I had some jewelry if anybody was interested and the stuff sold like crazy. Works for me...

Stay away from the Jewelery and pawn shops they will pay you little to nothing. Gold is never hard to sell I have sold a lot of stuff on Ebay
There are some fees but you get what it is worth if you list it properly.
