well i was at my sister-in laws home...no p/c there yet.
she was in the hospital for some blood work....she goes thru some debilitating low,low blood platelets and her immune system drops to zero.
they pump her up with antibiotics etc. and then send her home in a very very weakened state.
Julie and i stayed with her a few days to keep an eye on her in case of a relapse.
she just moved in a new home a few wks. ago and had no phone yet.or cable,or computer hooked up.
my wireless lap top some times picks up a link from a neighbor...but it now has a block on it.
she does not eat...just sleep and get sick from the steroids etc.
i brought over a small TV with rabbit ears to watch some night time news etc.
i cant turn on any thing like phone etc. in my name,she wont allow it.
they had the 2007 all star game here in Vegas. what a mess. 400 arrested and 3 shot from fights and robbery etc,fights with gangster rappers also.
my sister offered me tickets for the Harlem glob trotters on Saturday....as much as i wanted to go...i turned her down...i wanted to live even more.
some tickets were going for 2500 and some for the NBA game were going for 12k.
some 250 to 300k were come into town and all hotels were getting top dolor.
i will check in more often...i just don't have much to offer at this time sept dumb humor.
