My friend gave me a handful of these rocks. She said she went to Mount Rainier on a rock expedition with a licensed professional. They are naturally this color. Could it be Azurite? My boyfriend suggested that it also might be mixed with copper and quartz

Looks like bornite, a copper ore. I checked and there was a mine there called the Eagle Peak that mined this material.https://westernmininghistory.com/mine_detail/10104143/ It's very high grade ore. There was also the Mt. Rainier Mining Company. https://harrybipedhiking.com/2015/07/12/mount-rainier-mining-company/ There were others but these came up fast on Google.

Nice samples by the way. Bornite is also known as "peacock ore".

I think Johnho nailed it.

Here you go. I had to look this one up because I really didn't know. https://geology.com/minerals/bornite.shtml
