Safari-quattro difference

I know this question has been asked many times. I just got a Safari. Been detecting a long time. Just wondering the difference between the Safari and Quattro.....Jack

Safari has a slightly faster recovery time and the coils is an improvement over the stock on on the Quattro.

Jack, the same mantra apllies for both units " slow as you go" along with research should yield some excellent finds. Looking forward to seeing some pics. GL .

[size=medium]But if you put a safari coil on a Quattro they are both the same detector The only difference between the Quattro and the safari is the name and the color

good to know i got a quattro for 410.00 and put a sef 10x12 on it ..saterday 50s and sunny
