Saturday's outing yeilds 85 Old Coins............20 of them Silver!:surprised:

James, I would love to get together soon. But heck are you kidding me, we need to come out your way, you will be sadly disappointed if you come by us. Joel and I are scraping the bottom of the barrel looking for places to hunt over here, it seems like you come across practically virgin territory when you find these places. Great Job. Keep up the good work bud. Let's stay in touch and make arrangements to get together soon.

All I need is my trusty Explorer XS in good working order and a good site to bring home some Silver's. I think it might be a long time before I upgrade to anything else than what I am using now. It would have to take some added depth and better seperation for that to happen but I would never get rid of old faithful. Thanks for the reply and Good Luck and HH to you.:thumbup:
 
the Silver Disk as another half so I would still have 20 Silver Andrus(ut).:lmfao: It sure was a fun experience to unearth 5 Merc's in 1 hole that is for sure and I won't soon forget it. Now only if they would have been all Barber's but Silver is Silver so I can't complain. Thanks for the reply and Good Luck and HH to you.:detecting:

I guess the ground where I found these doesn't hurt the Pennies as much as some other sites I have been too. I'm just glad that most of the Injuns and Wheats were in nicer shape, especially most of the earlier dates that I found. Glad you liked another of my hunt results and hope you can find somewhere that is loaded like this spot was. Good Luck and HH to you.:detecting:

Noticed you haven't been on here much. Hope your getting some detecting in and hope to see some finds from you soon. This outing was a shocker for sure and it just goes to show that sites loaded with goodies still exist today. Thanks for the reply and good to see you back on here again.
