school update for those who wonder

Goes4ever

New member
ok so far it has been extremely stressful, hardest thing I have ever tried to do..........10x harder than when I was in high school, seems like it is so much harder to remember things now...........and I am only 36!!!!!!!!

anyhow........have took 5 tests now as of today, here is my results:

fundamentals of surgical tech 85% B

anatomy 83% B-

pharmacology 100% A+

medical terms 88% B

microbiology 67% D-

I was surprised I passed microbiology at all, I read, read and read. I just cannot comprehend it

I get home from school about 3:30pm and homework/studying takes me till about 10pm, with a short break for supper, it is tough to keep up.

Thanks for the update and yes I was wondering earlier. Glad it is going well, so far that looks outstanding to me ( I have no coledge edu.)
Keep up the hard work

Congrats
Jeff

My wife is doing the same. She started last year studying to be an RN.
God will see you through this!

HI Terry, those are very good grades for no longer then you have been going to school again! Here is a hint, if you want to try it!......Tape your courses (if you can) and then play each tape at night while you are asleep! Some of it will sink into your mind and you will remember, hopefully, what you can't by hearing the lecturer only! I do this at night with the Christian station until I turn it off and I have dreamed of being with a group singing and seeing lots of people....even my brother, Larry, was there and had a single bed ready to sleep in!

I cannot sing but was singing beautifully in my dream along with many others! Don't remember the song, but it was of our Lord! I don't exactly know what it means, but I think it means I am getting ready to go to meet my Maker and maybe many others too! The end of the age is drawing near as we know it and the Book of Revelation is being fulfilled very fast before our eyes and our ears! I pray you will be able to do well and pass with flying colors!

Some people my age and older have gone back to college and rec their college degree, but with my memory, or the lack thereof, it sure would be difficult for me to do that and I have no desire to go back to school, as my years are winding down and therefore I probably would have no use for more education....not with the textbooks they have out there today and will have in the future by cutting out all that is good with our nation and teaching Socialism and Communism! God Bless! Betty

:clapping:thems good grades considering the subject matter!

Terry, you are doing fine. Keep it up. God will see that you learn what you have to learn. By the way, what is micro biology anyway?

And terrible STUFF when people get ill with them! May you learn quickly and be able to help others when you do work! Amen! : angel: God Bless! Betty

Sounds like you're doing just fine! Glad to hear it!

I went back to night school for just one class each semester a couple of years ago. (I was 52 :)) I couldn't believe how much work it took; reading, papers, tests.... tough to do when you work 50 hours or more a week.

Sounds like you have some heavy classes there. I know what you mean about micro. I just came back from a Microbiology / sanitation training class in Texas. Not exactly my thing either... :)

I wonder If you will use any of the tools we build.

Jeff
