I got out for the low tide yesterday but the sand is on the move again and the wave action was fierce, it's been blowing a gale for the last week here. Total take yesterday was $1.56 in clad and a bunch of pull tabs (LOTS of pulltabs). I planned to get out today for the low tide at 4:35 pm after I took some of my crew out for a round of free golf at Belmont Hills Golf Course to show my appreciation for all the hard work they have put in on my hotel project. The wind was wicked and it was mighty cool but we all had a great time just the same. The guys decided to make it interesting by having closest to the pin prizes on two of the holes, I surprised myself by winning both holes.
Unfortunately, it was past low tide and getting dark by the time we finished up at the course, oh well, I'll just have to hit the beach after work tomorrow.
Hope everybody did well this weekend,
