SE and tiny silver.

For me many detectors have come and gone but my Explorer SE Pro is a keeper. I'd call it a comfortable friendship. To be honest other than going from auto to manual sensativity once in a while I haven't changed my settings in probably 4 years.
Last week I hit a small but old park area with very forgiving dry sandy soil and was well rewarded.

Nice finds for sure. I love your HD as well but, that three center is sweet.
How are Canadian parks for regulations on detecting for the most part?

Mike, in 7 years I've only been hasseled by a grounds keeper once so usually no problems. There are a few towns in S. Ontario where a detecting licience is required but they are the exception.

The SE is a silver hound for sure and your finds tell the story of it's cababilities.........The canadian coins are really nice looking!

Congratulations!

We used to hunt Jackson Park along the Detroit river, now it's called Queen's II park and is off limits. What a bummer, we used to take a lot of really old U.S. silver from there back in the late 70's.....nge

Nice variety of finds Dave! Same with me re settings. Once I got used to the tones and settings I started hunting open screen with just a touch of IM and I haven't changed in five years. It's working OK for me.
