SE Pro 2 hour hunt-Silver found

raweppler

New member
I bought a new SE Pro and this was my 3rd time out. Had 2 hours today in the nice weather. Went back to a home I searches last year with the Explorer II and found 2 gold rings, over a 40 coin spill and a lot of silver.

Wanted to see if anymore there. I started in an area I did not hit very hard last year and right away I recognized that nice sound of silver and when digging up came the 1953 Silver Quarter. Went back over the hole and another twang so went back in and there was the 1956 Dime. Kept going and after a few pennies and clad there was a good signal and up came a 1943s Mercury Dime. Still was not done with the silver. Went back to the are hit last year and as expected signals were fewer and further between. But still managed another silver 1959 Silver dime.

Also found 4 wheats-1930, 1940, 1955d, and 1958. Clad quarter and 5 clad dimes with 10 Memorials. Not bad for a 2 hour hunt.

Only 1 more day of nice weather here in WV so I will try to get out tonight for one more hunt.

Nice finds, congrats!

Nice winter silver...congrats !!

Yes, I did get the SE the end of last Oct, but I haven't got that many hours on it yet and still learning. I'm hoping it will be good to me like my "ole" XS was. Again, best of luck with yours and look forward to many more great posts from you. HH.
