I have been searching an old abandon coal mine for many years.I have found coal carts,cart tippers,and many buckets of spikes.I just got my Garrett 250,What settings should I use to find small things there?I'am sure there are coins and other things that ppl have lost,problem is it's loaded with iron,any ideas? THX......James

I can only advise you to set it to "coin" mode or "custom" mode with the iron notched out so you don't have to listen to it's tone all the time.. It's either that or you just have to dig everything until you find what you are looking for. Good luck !!
